To Start: Selection of Breaded Brie, homemade herb FIshcake & breaded Black Pudding served with a selection of dips: Dill Creme Fraiche, Mustard Mayo, Cumberland Sauce.
Main Course: Selection of Pies, served with home made Chips and seasonal mixed greens
PIES:
• Chicken, Leek & Mushroom in a rich creamy sauce with a puff pastry lid.
• Boozy Steak, root vegetables & Ale in a Red Wine gravy with a shortcrust pastry lid.
• Fisherman’s Pie in a herb cream sauce topped with mashed potato and mature Cheddar.
• Cheshire Cheese, Leek & Sweet Potato pie topped with a herb crust.
