The Menu
STARTERS:
Creamy garlic & stilton mushrooms on a herb & olive oil bruschetta.
Crispy black & white pudding stack with crispy pancetta, poached egg & wholegrain mustard sauce.
Rolled smoked salmon savoury pancake with dill & citrus crème fraiche .
MAINS:
Braised Steak & Ale Pie with red wine, shallots, root vegetables and a Puff pastry lid.
Served with Baker chips.
Baked seabass, stuffed with a smoked trout mousse. & a baby prawn & dill butter sauce. Served with tender stem vegetables & Hasselback potatoes.
Savoury choux pastry, stuffed Provençale vegetable & brie bake with a roasted red pepper & tomato sauce. Garnished with broccoli tender stems.
DESERTS
Individual apple & berry crumble with vanilla anglaise.
Spiced orange & dark chocolate cheesecake with winter berry compote.
Mature stilton & cheddar cheese board with red onion balsamic chutney & biscuits.
